Orderly Dance for Training & Pilates
Walking with consciousness, feeling the space around, sensing the hips and head every steps we make. Body consciousness is everywhere, in everyday life, in the dance practice and during the empowerment and sport activities. This means that also a Pilates training and a normal training can be done with an Orderly Movement Attitude. Orderly Movement can improve our body consciousness. During the fitness work we can have big results on our body perception. Every movement starts from the breath and the observation of the line between Earth and Sky, all the kind of training and stretching, done with this attention, improve our way of moving during the lessons and in everyday life.
Body has a memory, it remembers and act to better survive. If we teach the body to move in a correct and conscious way, we can use this impression in every gesture we do. Orderly Movement and Pilates training is a way to increase the ability to observe and help the body to remember and progress faster, from muscle work and Tune up to energy. Empower, sense and bring what we learn in our body, in every moments and in every space. Tonicity, use of breath, connection between the center and the periphery of the body, using minimum effort for maximum intensity, all aptitudes applicable to Pilates and sports training, through an Orderly point of View.
