Orderly Dance weekly lessons with Elisa Spagone, Orderly Dance.

From the 1st of July ’till the 31st August 2026 at Centre de Danse du Marais Paris. Every Wednesday and Friday 11h-12h30.

A pedagogic Method based on Floor Work and Improvisation. We give everyone, the possibility to learn to listen to themselves, finding an authentic movement, starting from rooting, Gravity and resistance to it. From a movement we  look for something deeper, for moments of truth, where aesthetic doesn’t metter. What metter is ourselves and the presence we put into the gesture.

After 1h30 of Dance everybody can join to the deep stretching courses.
