Every participant will have the possibility to be free to express themselves, through guided Improvisation, with an ‘ordered movement’, and implement the work with Technique, to opens the doors to a profound inner journey. From floor work, to gravity work, release and choreography.

The workshops will be open to everyone from 13 years old.
