An hour lesson to go deep into the Floor Work exploration and Improve Improvisation Skills starting from and Orderly Movement. LEarning how to listen to our verticality, giving ourselves the possibility to brake it and feel the grounding and the fall and recovery. We find our own style through an Ordered Movement. Orderly means to explore our own gestures, and own movement, to better understand our emotions and thoughts. Orderly means to make order into our chaos through dance and exploration of our body in motion.
